humanity

Just a question that may or may not spark a conversation, at least I hope so.

Is it possible to believe in and/or have faith in humanity rather than a specific religion? Think about it and get back to me.

ok...bended knee

So I'm going to start out by apologizing...I've had a couple glasses of wine...and so I might be really mean. Or straight to the fucking point without being sensitive. Here we go.

Those of you who follow me, first off thank you, probably figured out that I don't hold back and love a good challenge. I desprately try to see both sides in order to have an educated opinion but will admit, I can be one sided. I don't really consider myself one or the other and don't like titles. That being said, watching the VP debate...oh yes my friends, lets go there. I have to say I'm not a fan of Sarah Palin...at all. She's a disgusting representation of todays woman. However...I know, deep sigh, I was impressed with how she handled herself tonight but she still seemed a bit shakey on the econmic questions and it was very clear she was seriously coached. But she did add a somewhat personal flare that Biden seemed to lack. But who had the most knowledgeable answers to the questions you ask? Well that was clearly Biden. He just didn't have quite the flare of Palin. Now I know I'll get some flack on this but oh well, I take pride in being able to see the whole picture. Piss off if you don't get that! Deep breath and forward...Palin did well for what she was given and was coached very well. I have to say, I loved when she said, "I may not answer the questions the way you like them but oh well", or something damn well close to that. And as a strong bull headed female, that's exactly my attitude on everything. Admirable, but I still don't think that makes a good leader.

Just trying to be objective.....

ahhh...some sense

This will be quick...I LOVE Bill Maher...refreshing.

Why oh why...

Apparently, for some folks, it's difficult to look at every angle of, well anything. Here's a wild suggestion for those who seem to suffer from what I like to call ONE MINDED-OSIS. Turn the tables around and just try to think from the reverse angle. I challenge you.

Now some of you may be asking what topic am I referring too. Well, choose a topic yourself. Chances are, anything would work in this case.

Good luck.

Latey I've been ranting and raving about politics, should I also throw religion under the bus as well? Tempting. To be continued...

ARE YOU KIDDING!!!!

Okay...I'm back on my political rant. 1 point TRILLION $!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you fucking kidding me!! And these idiots left for a holiday as are country's financial situation is literally melting!!!!! I don't give a shit what religious holiday it is, get your asses back in that fucking building and attempt to fix this God aweful mess!!! And really, both sides of the party are to blame on some level or another. However, the Republicans got offended by some of Pulasi's comments and thats why they voted against the bill. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!! This is NO time to take anything personal! Even if what she said was in fact inappropriate. Get over it and focus on the task at hand you pansies!!!!! I appologize for cussing but I've been glued to CNN for the past 3 hours and I simply can't believe my ears. I even forced myself to watch a couple of interviews with Sarah Palin and I'm appauled. She can't even comprehend any of the questions that are aked to her and even McCain was a bit dissappointed in her answers and had to bail her out. Oh we are in a lot of trouble. November 4th can't come soon enough.

A mindless timeout...

I'm new to this whole blogging thing and so far I've been pretty deep with the issues of politics. So I'm going to change it up a bit.

I'm planning on spending the weekend with one of cousins and do nothing other than play video games. Oblivion, to be exact, and I'm getting seriously frustrated that I can't kill the very last ogre in this damn cave to finally get the big prize that he seems to be gaurding. Do I know what that big prize is? Of course not. I'm using some pretty serious weapondry and magic and just when I think I got him...I'm dead. And how many times did I try to kill him you ask? 12. Yep, 12. Nothing but dead. Now I'm a 33year old married woman changing careers that has lead me back to school. I guess I'm taking this whole college thing a bit too seriously?? Did Imention that my cousin is 13 years younger than me? What do you want from me? School starts in just over a week and then my lazy video playing game days will be over! BOO!!!!!
